As CEO of Bitget, Gracy Chen leads the world's largest universal exchange (UEX) and is the first woman CEO among the top 10 crypto exchanges. Chen has led Bitget’s expansion from nearly 20 million to over 120 million users worldwide, evolving Bitget into a universal, multi-asset financial exchange. Bitget's universal exchange (UEX) framework brings centralized and decentralized finance and traditional markets together under a single account, supported by AI-driven execution and a unified risk and security layer. In partnership with UNICEF, Chen also heads Bitget's $10M Blockchain4Her initiative to empower young women with the tech skills, digital literacy, and confidence to increase their financial independence and help them succeed in the blockchain industry. Chen holds a Bachelor's Degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and an MBA degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
