Mr. Joseph Chee is the Executive Chairman of Solana Company (NASDAQ: HSDT). Mr. Chee founded Summer Capital in 2017 and served as its Chairman. He also holds the position of Vice Chairman of AMINA Bank AG, the first and one of the largest Swiss-licensed crypto banks. Prior to founding Summer Capital, Mr. Chee was one of the most experienced and best connected investment bankers in APAC. Since joining UBS Asia from Citigroup in New York in 2000, he has won and executed hundreds of transactions in M&A and capital markets. He led UBS to establish dominant presence in China and become one of the best investment banks in the Asia Pacific region. He held various positions including Asian Head of Investment Banking and Head of Global Capital Markets. Mr. Chee received his Doctorate Degree from a joint program of Tsinghua University and University of Geneva, EMBA from Tsinghua, MBA from NYU Stern, and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
