Joshua Lim is a Global Co-Head of Markets at FalconX, where he helps lead the firm’s global trading strategy across spot, derivatives, and financing. He joined FalconX through its acquisition of Arbelos Markets in early 2025, a leading digital asset trading firm he co-founded and built into a key player in crypto market making and derivatives. Prior to Arbelos, Josh played a central role in scaling some of the largest crypto derivatives businesses in the industry – first at Galaxy Digital, and then at Genesis, where he built and led high-performing trading teams across volatile and rapidly evolving markets. He began his crypto career at Circle, where he established the firm’s treasury and OTC trading desk. Josh’s foundation in markets comes from traditional finance, having started his career trading exotic equity derivatives at Goldman Sachs. His cross-market experience and deep understanding of risk have made him a trusted voice in digital asset trading and institutional crypto finance. He holds a BS of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
