Sam MacPherson is CEO and co-founder at Phoenix Labs, the core development team behind Spark, an onchain capital allocator that deploys billions in stablecoin liquidity across DeFi and tokenized assets. In this role, Sam leads the ongoing development and support of Spark, a community-driven DAO led by SparkDAO members. Sam entered crypto during the 2017 bull run and quickly became immersed in DeFi through MakerDAO (now Sky), where he contributed as a developer and protocol engineer before co-founding Phoenix Labs.
