Serhii Tyshchenko is CEO and co-founder of Arkis, a permissioned prime brokerage protocol enabling institutional credit and margin trading on-chain. Since founding Arkis in 2022, Serhii has led the company’s strategy, operations, and treasury, bringing a background in capital markets, product leadership, and financial risk management. Prior to Arkis, he was a fintech founder and operator with hands-on experience building financial products and managing portfolios in U.S. equity markets.
