Jason joined Riot in June 2022 as Head of Corporate Development and Strategy and has recently been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective as of March 2026. Jason currently leads Riot's corporate development, capital markets, and investor relations efforts.
Prior to joining Riot, Jason served as Managing Director, M&A at Nomura Securities, where he advised global clients on nearly $20 billion in cross-border transactions in the technology sector across North America, Europe, and Asia. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder.
