Mr. Lan Jianzhong is the COO of Avenir Group, where he leverages his expertise in financial innovation and technology to spearhead Avenir Group’s expansion into the crypto investment sector. With a distinguished career in both traditional finance and blockchain, Mr. Lan previously served as Vice President at Huobi Group (2018), overseeing core business operations and derivatives trading. In 2019, he was appointed Executive Director at Huobi Technology Holdings Limited. Prior to his roles in crypto, he honed his financial acumen as Technology Vice President at Goldman Sachs, gaining deep experience in institutional finance. Mr. Lan holds a Bachelor’s in Automation and a Master’s in Control Science & Engineering from Tsinghua University. He further expanded his expertise with a Master’s in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, along with studies in Enterprise Information Management.
