Before joining QCP in 2021, Melvin spent over 15 years in banking, most recently as Head of Treasury for a global bank, where he was part of the Singapore management team. He played a pivotal role in balance sheet strategy, treasury operations, and the launch of Singapore’s first SORA bond, contributing to the development of local financial markets. Melvin holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors from the National University of Singapore and speaks four languages.
