Timothy Shea is a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Jefferies, where he is responsible for leading the firm’s digital assets investment banking franchise. Tim has worked on a broad variety of deals while at Jefferies, including marquee M&A and IPO transactions in both digital assets and the broader capital markets FinTech space.
