Jimmy Zheng is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of BWTON, a national key “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in advanced technologies, jointly established with investment from CRRC. He holds a PhD in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) and Management from Zhejiang University. A Senior Engineer and a Visiting Professor at the China Fire and Rescue Academy, he has also been recognized as a Youth Role Model by the China Finance Summit. For over a decade, Dr. Zheng has focused on "Spatial Intelligence + AI + Robotics." By applying Spatial Intelligence and Spatial Ontology, he builds a“Spatial Ontology–based Intelligent City Brain”for diverse sectors including urban infrastructure, water conservancy, rail transit, transportation, fire safety, power grids, and civil defense. His methodology involves training and simulating AI and robotic systems within virtual cities before being deployed in the real world, significantly improving urban safety and operational efficiency.
