PRODUCT SALES (REMOTE/ON-SITE)

Company description:
Native Group is a fast-growing web3 payment company headquartered in Hong Kong, providing payment and financial solutions for Web3 businesses and HNWI (High-Net-Worth-Individuals). Product and service offerings include market makers, credit cards and spend management.

The team is currently looking for a Product Sales Expert to assume the role of Sales Manager, with a background in payments and finance to join our team.

Your mission:
Product Sales is a team of deep functional and solution-driven specialists who both lead and advise on business opportunities for strategic products and services.
  • As an individual, you will be the customer-facing specialist to identify, refine, and negotiate business deals.
  • You are self-driven, possess a hands-on attitude, and are willing to travel when required.
  • You are able to independently identify business opportunities as well as customer requirements, and work with both internal and external teams to design, develop or refine business solutions.

This role will give you the opportunity to:
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Web3 payment industry and get to know teams across internal and external organizations as you work with them to understand the technology and product-market-fit.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for winning business with enterprise companies.
  • Develop outbound sales strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying new leads to closing the deal to go live.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at new and existing customers.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.

Key responsibility:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential customers through research and networking.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
2. Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Educate customers about our products and services, addressing inquiries and concerns.
3. Sales Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to clients’ requirements.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
4. Goal Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
5. Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Good to have:
  • BS/BA required
  • 1-5 years’ experience in related role
  • Prior experience in the area of payments/blockchain/fintech is a plus
  • Ability to understand both business and technical processes
